they are really strong! I ride pretty hard and these thing hold up. Definitely worth it for the price even tho it is on the heavier side of other rims.

It mean's getting your shock complete strip down and getting an overhaul. Check out pushindustries.com. I had the Factory Tuning System done to my shock. It's worth every dollar!

hey i don't use rattlecan paint so i dunno about any spray paint that would go well on a helmet. lots of those aerosols used could eat into the foam of a helmet so i would be careful. good luck
